another AXIS BFR question

can i expect a birds eye maple neck when mine is done being made? i know its comming with a maple neck but wanted to know if birds eye is standard. thanks. those are sweet looking neck

Paul how heavily the neck is figured is usually the luck of the draw, but I would say that since it is a BFR guitar they tend to use the best pieces of wood on them so I think you should be quite happy when it comes. So dont stress and we will be looking forward to the pics.
