The listing says it is an OLP and not an Ernie Ball Music Man guitar, but look at the headstock. They have mislabeled the guitar mis-using the ERNIE BALL and MUSIC MAN trademarks, infringing on those marks.

A complaint has been sent to E-Bay to have the listing shut down.

Yes it has, i remember seeing it a couple of months ago.

I think one was posted that was actually a massacred EB/MM EVH model. It was fairly beat up too.

I'd almost buy it just to burn it. I like the comment that it was done to resemble "You know who" and yet they blatantly put EBMM on the headstock with Eddie's sig........

Well, to each his own. I think the guitar is ugly. But, that is only my personal opinion.
