There is no formula to figure out the DOB from the serial #.

People at EBMM look it up as a courtesy when time permits during their regular workday, but time doesn't always permit.

You may also try posting in the official serial # sticky thread, somteimes the requests there get done in bunches when one of the CS people goes through it.
