Another Sterling for me!

just won this on ebay uk.

I asked the seller if it was white sparkle and he came back saying "a sort of glitter white,but white"
agreed its white sparkle?

I'm gonna take the neck off this one and put it on my candy red/tort Sterling and have the maple neck on this bass (I always wanted a white/maple Musicman )

I was ready for dropping the money on a used 2 band SR4 in honeyburst with rosewood board and old style bridge that Coda Music in Stevenage have got for the same money until I saw this

yes i will be changing the pg out.not sure for what as yet...I already got an ebmm white mop one I took off my other sterling so now I'll have two of them...abalone would be nice

Jimmy you got any good pics of your bass you can post up? I sent a cheque for the Sterling today and what with clearance times,packing and delivery and weekends an all I reckon it'll be 10 days till I get the bass.
I'm needing something to make the wait that bit more painful

Indeed. I got it two weeks ago, and just got home from its maiden gig (with me, anyway).

Just scored one yesterday for me self: '95 in HoneyBurst...minty condition.

Check out that neck...I was blown away when I first flipped the bass over!
