I hate that color on a Bongo.

Well, okay - not really, but I can't justify getting another
Bongo just to have that color.

Sure, unless you have a Desert Gold Bongo. I have one
and players often ask me if it's the Tangerine Pearl. The
color also gets a lotta audience comment from the great
unwashed as well .... so it seems that if you wanna get
a lotta notice for flash, Tangerine should evoke similar
reactions as Desert Gold [with the extry benefit of not
looking like a Honda or some such].

Thank you, it is actually stunning in person. The depth of the quilting can't be captured in a picture. Just wish it had a roasted neck!
