i've been gassing for a fretless lately. and i've just re-acquainted myself with my Sterling HH despite a hot burn-in with my new olive gold Bongo.
i got to thinking that a dual pickup Sterling would sound incredible for a fretless. it has an amazing fat midrange that i think would simply kill.
anyone have photos or experience with such a bass?
