Off Topic Any Good Techies in New England?

So guitar center hasn't been helping me much on my new ball, and my other ball (ASS) could use a quick touch-up and set up. Anybody know any techs in MA who really know their stuff? Shipping isn't cheap, so I'd rather get someone within driving distance.

Don't know about Mass. but there is a great one in CT, Paul Von Schmidt. Unfortunately he's located out in the Danbury area of CT which would be quite a hike from anywhere in MA.

I believe Mike Becker from Becker Guitar is in Natick GC Thursday/Friday from 4-7. I brought him another guitar that I had purchased at GC used during the 30 day trial period and he tweeked it a bit and checked it out. Also gave me his opinion on the brand (Godin) vs the industry in general. It was far better when he was done. A full setup is $60 and takes about an hour.

Nick, Why don't you have MIke at the nook do a setup for you? I always bring mine there for a tweak now and then. I could do it too or I have another guy who can do them also. I can show you some tips so you can do it yourself. It's easy once you know how to do it...
