I need something to do while i wait for my axis so i thought i'd plan my next purchase. I want a JP6 but that will be my 3rd one.(i hope). I want one for lower tunings and the madden comes set up with thicker strings and tuned to c#. I don't recall anyone here having one. A silo or sub1 are also possibilitys. Any input is welcome. :)

Benji

I have a Madden green Musicman Benji.

I think it came stock with Skinny-Top-Heavy-Bottom strings tuned down a whole step.

The single pickup sounds like a Dimarzio Air of some sort.

The quality of Musicman guitars is unmatched.

I almost bought the one on Ebay but I must be strong and wait until next year and the new JP. WHEW.........that was a close one. The GAS almost got the better of me!!!!!!!!! Besides that money is going towards the PARRR-T at SLO!!!!!!

Yes, that's the ceiling light. Our house has a S/W motif.

This is the best-est made guitar I've ever owned. The metal jack-plate, stainless screws, locking tuners, kick-ass finish, perfect maple neck.

I can't wait to get another EBMM.

Another hard tail but rosewood finger board and more pickups.

The new JP look like it might be the one.

Hi guys

The Benji is factory set up with .12-52 custom gauges tuned to E flat.

We thought he wanted C# but that is not the case.

Thanks

Derek

I kinda wondered about that. Although I don't have any of their albums I thought most of their well know hits were in E flat. I thought maybe they were going in a different direction. On Drum City Guitar Lands website it says they are tuned to C sharp is why I thought that. Thanks for the info Derek! :)
