Hi, obviously I've just joined up and I would like to emphasize that this is not a for sale thread.
I recently ordered a custom made scratch plate for my sub1 and despite making my specifications clear to the seller he sent me the wrong thing - I needed pickup holes big enough to accommodate the covers I put on the pickups but he sent me a direct copy of my original instead for some strange reason.
I tried to get a refund but he was possibly the most rude person I've come across in the music industry and refused it. PayPal also refused a refund as it's a custom made item (despite the fact he made it wrong!
).
Anyway, it's a single ply black plate to fit the double humbucker model. It needs a bit of sanding round the edges to make it smooth because it appears the seller has no pride in his product.
I'm willing to give it away for free and i'll even pay for the postage in the UK!
I just want it out of my way and hopefully someone here can use it
