...haven't done that.

However, my first Ball, the pearl puple Silo Special, is an early nineties model that one featured a Wilkinson VSV trem (at least I guess so). This was replaced with a str@t style vintage trem with steel saddles and a solid steel block after the original trem broke down. This apparently worked fine, but I really don't know how or if HipShot parts would fit EBMMs - they are hard to find in Germany...

I have my floyd floating and the tremsetter really makes a difference.

I dig into the strings a fair bit when I play so when the bridge is floating my pick attack makes the bridge warble and its really annoying but the tremsetter sorted all that out. I can do some crazy country type bends as well and don't really get the problems associated with doing this stuff with a floating trem
