I don't think I've ever seen an Axis Sport that I didn't like.
The colour could be vommit pearl and I think I'd like it.

I'm with you there Foggy, for some reason I like them better than any of the others. Maybe its because there's no binding? The ash? No clue but I'd sure jump for joy if they were re-introduced

Almost at the bottom end of the page you see the winner of the Swedish 2001 Emergenza sponsored by Ernie Ball holding his new "Ernie Ball Musicman Axis Sport Emergenza 2001 Edition" guitar.
I just bought it a few weeks ago from John Grönlund of Willowtree, the European winning band of 2001's Emergenza / Battle of the Bands.
Now THAT is a freaking custom color and I'm quite sure there will be a lot of fellow forumites really disliking the looks of it.
I just bought it for two reasons:
- it's a GREAT PLAYER
- it's a pretty rare item as there were only about 20 made in that style

...nevertheless, the custom color is not to everybody's taste I guess, though I really like it.
