Anyone help me out w/ the born on date of Axis

I recently aquired a MINT EBMM Axis and I have been trying to find out the year that it was made. Maybe I haven't been looking in the right places?

The serial number is: G11324.

If anyone can find out without too much trouble, I'd appreciate it.

btw- this guitar has TONS of "birds eye" in the maple neck. Do they all have this much or is this just a matter of "the luck of the draw"?

The amount of birdseye is usually luck of the draw. They're becoming tougher to find now . . .

I love the trans. gold finish but I remember back in the day wanting a green or purple one. Man I wish I would have bought a couple back then. But I'm enjoying the one the I DID buy and wish I wouldn't have waited so long.
