Just curious what that setup sounds like. DiMarzio doesn't have a sound file for the Hot Minibucker on their site. I did find a non-EBMM guitar video that was equipped with a minibucker and it sounded very nice.

On the subject - has anyone ordered a Gold Roller? I haven't seen one anywhere on the net.

I inquired with Pete D about one, very curious to see, hear one, they look cool, but instead of the GR I decided to get something different, hope someone on the forum pulls the trigger.

I asked Pete as well. The set up seemed interesting as an HH hardtail with a three way. He was not aware of any other orders or completed rollers outside of the NAMM proto.

I think the setup is very attractive for the same reason -- HH / 3-Way / hardtail. I'm sure it has great tone. I'm not a big fan of gold, but I suspect it looks pretty sweet in person. I'd like to see some more photos of it.

I'll be the first one to put in an order......as soon as they announce the Lefty model (I appreciate this constitutes a legally binding commitment)

this is a guitar that doesn't get me on looks alone though.

I've personally met Eric and he's the nicest guy you could ever meet. He handles all the python fanatics really well

Here's a video with some nice eye candy in the background. The Gold Roller as well as some other new guitars/finishes are hanging on the wall in this helpful video about fret board / neck care.
