I have been trying to get the right tone for the song, but it is not so easy...

I am wondering if someone can give me a tip for finding the tone.

I currently use a JP6 BFR and Bugera 333XL, and please let me know if I need a specific effector or something...

Hope I can get a close tone with the amp settings...

Thank you very much!

i play it yes . let the tone knob be your friend. i can get pretty close to it with a amp without pedals. so you wont have to much trouble.

Thanks for the replies

Could you tell me how should I change the settings on the amp?

I know my Bugera wont sound as great as a Mesa Boogie, but I should be able to get something very close...

Just keep tweaking! You should be able to get a pretty good Petrucciish tone, the 333XL is based on the Peavey JSX and you can get a good similar tone from a JSX.

My settings:

Drive= 60-70%
Bass= 60-70%
Mid=20%
Treble= 65%

Delay at about 176 Bpm.

Tweak it to your liking :)
