Hi, I have seen that the Y2D Steve Morse guitars come with the Tone Pros locking bridge. I am considering getting one of these to put on my non-Y2D Steve Morse guitar. I have a couple of questions:

1. Which is the right size?
2. The one that come with the guitar is made by Schaller?
3. Anyone do this all ready, and if so, what kinds of sound difference did it make to your ears.

Any help at all would be appreciated. Love my Morse!

I put a Graph Tech bridge into my Morse so I could add piezo elements. But it still has the same drawback of the original bridge- the wheel at the bottom to adjust height. The bridge on the Y2D is definitely an improvement.

beej,

Love your band's Life Begins Tomorrow. Really tastey stuff, including or perhaps especially your guitar work and tones. Nice vocal harmony work too.

Sorry for going off topic.

I use a Tone Pros on an ESP and I love it... really improved the sustain of the guitar...

I've thought about it, but the bridge on my Morse is tight enough that I have to pry it off with a screwdriver.
