Well my True Gold now has more personality! I equate this to the first scratch in a new car. I do play the crap out of it, so I suspect there will be more bumps and nicks to come. Not looking to have this looked at by EBMM CS, just needed to get the frustration off my chest.

I guess I wouldn't freak unless you're doing an HD camera shoot with a bunch of cork-sniffing guitar geeks disecting your every lick on monster close ups. I'm guessing if you don't tell anyone, no one will even know. Breath.

I'm blind or something, I do not see any stress crack ! What I thought was a crack was a reflection. Where is the Crack?

FWIW I really hit the headstock of my BCB AL hard on a flightcase that was next to me in a gig last night. That guitar must be made of iron - just shrugged it off!!! Phew!!!

I get a kick out of this this subject mainly because us guitar players have some strange disorder. I see it and feel for you Steve, and in a week the knot in your stomach will be gone. But if you handed the guitar to 10 people to check out, maybe 1 in 10 would even notice it if you did not point it out. When it comes to our own guitars the smallest marks look like someone hit it with a hatchet lol.

Screamin, thats not a reflection you see from the trem. Since these were produced in limited quantities was the only reason I was slightly bum'd. No worries though I eagerly await the LIII! Im still hoping for a another rosewood run to obtain another SSH Luke at some point down the road. We'll have to wait and see what NAMM brings.
