or just start a BigPoppaSmokers.com forum so we can all beg for discontinued custom grills or left handed smokers. :D

Yeah... the thought of taking pictures was certainly there... but just couldn't stop long enough to get the camera.

i'll give 'em another go guys and take some pics. I have a lot of friends wanting to try them now... maybe i should take payment:

I will cook anyone armadillo eggs if they purchase two packs of EB strings from GC that way it's fair for everyone... and if i get a golden pick ill just play it off as nothing special... LOL!!!

I just read the recipe and they look mighty tasty.

Good to know that armadillos don’t lay eggs  as you never know what you southern boys would catch & eat.

Funny that you mention that as i was in home depot the other day and while waiting for a paint sample i heard two employees talking...

Employee 1: Did you see the r'coon in the road this morning?
Employee 2: nah! it wasn't in the road at 6am when i went by
Employee 1: a'ight well it wuz there this morn at 10
Employee 2: well it's just about noon now maybe i'll head that way and see if it's still in the road... and i'll pick it up
Employee 1: a'ight what time you off work? ya wanna bbq tonight?

Now at this point i dont know if they were talking about grillin up a racoon or not but the conversation sure sounded to me like it was going in that direction. it was certainly entertaining and i'm glad i got to share it 'cause that was priceless.

I'm putting my house up on the market soon. As soon as it sells and we can get into a new home I'll be ordering a Mak and heading to the butcher...
