I certainly dig the color. I also think it's cool that SBMM basses are offered in different colors than their EBMM counterparts.

Speaking of colours: after most of the finishes got the axe recently, I remember reading something about an upcoming announcement of new finishes at a (then) due show - can't find the thread though.

Is this going to happen at the winter NAMM, since it obviously wasn't at BPL?

Cheers

shell pink fiesta red sea foam baby blue they were shown at bpl

Whoa!

OK, maybe I'm a little slow here ... does this mean these finishes will be available across the range instead of being limited to the classic reissues?!

I see ... I see ... a Sea Foam Tort Bongo in the very near future! Right? Right! :D

Wrong! Wrong!

Some colors have been discontinued. The ones BP mentioned are new colors for the Classics.

We'll see additional new "standard" colors at NAMM.

Argh!

Well, ok, thank you! It'll work out, I'm sure ... and it'll keep my fingernails short *keeps gnawing*

(Dig that Sea Foam Bongo idea, though!) ;)
