When I first saw the guitar, my friend and I couldn't figure out what colour it was cuz it really is dark... almost a Pacific blueburst dark. It was listed as Morse blue though, so I had to have it as its really kind of unique. When you set it next to my 2007LE JP, the Morse is actually much darker.

When you see the guitar in person, you actually can't read the name on the headstock cuz the guitar is actually darker in appearance.

Forgive my ignorance is that colour known as y2d - or is the model y2d - looks amazing, if I could find one with the right quilt, I'd take it without playing it - and even if i didn't like it I could just look at it all day !

Y2D is the model. It comes in 3 different colors, the aforementioned D-purpleburst (my fav), Purple sunset, and tobaccoburst.
