I've just realized Keith doesn't have an avatar. Maybe we should help him out? Any suggestions?

Keith,

right click on the image here and save it on your computer (using the "save target as" option). Then click here
and click the "Browse" button. Find the image file that you just saved, double-click it and then hit "Save Changes".

Won't the picture Colin has be too big for the current EB hosted avatar requirements? Maybe someone can put it on their own Web page and you can link off that...
