for those that don't remember how I came to the forum, I had a probem with my axis' action and asked for help, and after finding out it's not wise to import stuff yourself to the UK I managed to get her resetup and all was fine apart from a small buzz on the top e string.

Until today! - the buzz now comes through the amp, after about 40 miutes of messing about I decided to shimm the top e at the locking nut and the buzz is gone totally and I even got the action down another .5mm !!!!

As I'm in the UK and in a remote part I need to know the part no. fro the locking nut for the axis so I can get a new one- can you guys help me out???

I know if I was in the US I'd just call customer service and they'd make the world a better place but in the UK I presume I'd need to go though Strings and Things and they'd want me to go to a shop -

My local shop in Inverness are great but you sometimes have to go to them with all the information to get things you need!

Hope you guys can help.... I'm so happy I figured out what that buzz is and now it's removed I love my axis even more.

Or phone Strings & Things directly - ask to speak to Pete Lunney and he will sort it out for you (I bought a poorly Axis recently - Pete made it all better.)

I’ve found EBMM CS to be outstanding, especially where new guitar warranty service is concerned. To err is human, to make good on it is divine.
