Axis Scam?

Came across this newly listed on ebay uk:

Looks like a scam to me, and a poor one at that, Scammers just arent trying anymore...there have been loads of them recently on ebay uk...

I always see scams like this using the exact pictures and descriptions. It happens alot with Ibanez Satriani Chromeboy and Crystal Planet guitars. You'll see the auction in the U.S. and days later the scam auction will appear in the UK with some seller who just registered. It's really pathetic!
I always alert eBay when I see stuff like this because it sickens me.
