Axis Sport date of birth

Hi,
I just traded my 97 Silhouette HSH Floyd translucent Teal for this 2nd hand Axis Sport S-S-H and am very happy with the trade, considering I am not into the Floyd anymore and I love the single coil tone without hum at the neck position in addition to the beefy humbucker and the tele-like position number 3. I know the Axis Sport was only made between 1998 and 2000 or so, but I am curious about the exact dating and what colour this is called. It feels a little heavier than the Silhouette I had - is it Ash or Alder? Serial number: A92537. Can anybody help me out?

Very nice

It looks like a Trans Orange to me but I can't be sure as for the body this is Ash not alder
