I have an Axis Sport that I really like. My question is: is the neck profile/shape on the Axis Sport the same as the Axis Super Sport?

each guitar is unique though but the overall impression is the same, you will feel at "home"

Pictures always help! So, the Axis neck is a little thicker than other EBMM models? Or am I reading that picture all wrong?

No, not thicker. It's assymetrical. When I last tried an ASS vs an Axis a couple of weeks back, I found that the Axis is actually THINNER than the ASS. Both were maple! I don't know if that's the way they're cut, or was it just those 2... I found the Axis to be much nicer to play than the ASS...

im not 100% but i believe the axis and super sport have the same profile. due to hand sanding etc there may be a hair of variation. + IME your setup can trick you into thinking one neck is thinner or fatter than the other.

I have a Sport, a Super Sport and an Axis. All necks are very very similar...I would fail in identifying one from the other in a blind test!

Arin has it on the head (although I'm not 100% certain about the Axis, as I've never tried one)

But all 3 of my Sport's have a very simialr profile to my Super Sport. The only slight differences in feel are down to the hand finishing.
