axis ss mm90,rosewood,piezo

OK..I think I*ve figured out my next EB acquiition.I have a couple of sports,and a ss,2 with mm90s,one HB.I play a fair bit of countrified rock,and figure the piezo option might be handy.Is there anybody out there with the piezo loaded axis ss who can tell me about it..pros and cons.I love my axis* guitars.

The Piezo on all EBMM's is excellent.

I've got a SS and a 20th, both piezo equipped. I go either straight into a mixing desk, with a touch of chorus and reverb, or sometimes through my Hiwatt. Both ways it sounds incredible.

Pros: Easier than carrying a separate acoustic around
Not as likely to get feedback that can come from micing an acoustic
No difference in feel between the two
Quick changes in a song
Convincing sound

Cons: Doesn't look like an acoustic
Err, can't think of anything else

I'm thinking of parting with my Axis SS, all rosewood, P90, piezo, tremolo. Are you looking for an all rosewood?

It's a great guitar, I have a tough time justifying keeping all these guitars with no band. Look at my signature for pictures.

Good luck on your search, Alf... For me, the Axis Super Sport with MM90's and piezo is THE ULTIMATE guitar! It's extremely versatile, sounds great, great playability...

The piezo is amazing... You should definitely give it a try!!

Pros- its amazing.

Cons- you may want to buy a 2nd and 3rd piezo ball as back up!!!! Not such a bad thing though!

Hah! I dont drink, but i know plenty who do! I live right between 2 pubs, so lots of drunk guys walking past my house every night.

i love my axis RW P90 piezo hardtail a lot...
i have 5 piezo MMs and all are great.!
go for it!
