Hi Chaps

In my newly acquired Axis Semi Hollow within the controls cavity there are 3 mini potentiometers on a circuit board, each on is fully clockwise, but what are they for, what is their function ?

Hi Kev

I was looking at a conventional Axis with Piezo (around my mates workshop for a fettle) on the weekend, and I was wondering how you adjust the parameters of the Piezo? - Let me explain, on my Albert (and when I had it my JP6) there were three micro pots - treble , bass and Piezo mix, that were housed in the Piezo "pre amp". (The black box routed into the rear of the guitar that has the two output jacks)The Axis with piezo just has the two outputs jacks mounted separately on the side of the guitar (with no "Black box").

I bleeb what you have found is "said adjustments", albeit internally not externally?

Edit
When I used a tiny screwdriver to adjust - you can feel a small indent when you turn them - this is akin to 12 o'clock/parity. I was so anal about it I marked this position with a tiny, tiny blob of tipex (snopake) so I could easily see this position as a reference point.

that sounds very likely, I think I will plug and play to see what they do, I know where they are set now so can always return to initial settings.
