I was considering swapping the P90s in my ASS piezo guitar with a pair of Lollars. The lollars are single conductor and braided ground. I notice the stock pups are red/black/white and are soldered to the circuit board. My question is, how would i wire up the lollars to the board. WIll the dummy coil affect the tone of the new pickup? If so, is there a way to bypass or disable the dummy coil. Thanks
