I have an Axis Super Sport with a body that is solid black with a cream binding. Since the color is solid, I am wondering if it has a maple top. The serial number is G41474.

Yes, an Axis Super Sport would have a maple top. Only if it was the older, now discontinued Axis Sport would it not have a maple top.
