Axis Super Sport Tremolo Bridge Replacement

Hello, I hava an axis super sport with the vintage Tremolo and the blades of my tremolo are a little wear off due to much use and sometimes goes easily out of tune. Its possible to get a bridge replacement? or there are any aftermarket bridges that fit that I can buy?
