i think the answer to your question is no. but, you might see some older Axis Sports with a pickguard that have the hss pickup configuration.

You can buy an older Axis Sport model with S-S-H pups - if you find them.

No, those schematices are for the old Axis Sport model that was discontinued at least 10 years ago. The Axis Sport model came with a swamp ash body and no maple top. In fact the SSS and SSH models were discontinued in the 1990s; eventually they only had the HH and 2-MM90 versions of the Axis Sport. Then the Axis Sport model itself was discontinued sometime between 2000 and 2002 (sorry, I just don't remember the exact date). The Axis Sport and the Axis SuperSport models did overlap for several years; now there is only the SuperSport model and it has always only been available with either 2 humbuckers or 2 MM-90s.
