Question Axis trem arm and housing

Howdy,

Firstly, does anyone now where i can source a trem arm and housing for the Gotoh Floyd Rose or will a regular floyd rose unit fit into the Gotoh cavity?

Secondly, does anybody know where i can source a shim for the base plate of the Axis?
