After a 2 year flirtation with a certain German built bass I've come to my senses at last. I am now the proud owner of a Blueburst StingRay.Oh the sheer joy and pleasure of owning playing a 'Ray again!
According to the neck pocket, this baby was born on October 2nd 1990. I love the varnished neck on this one, the sound, the - oh well - everything!
I've owned atotal of four of these in the past along with a SR5 and a fretless piezo option four string. I even had a 1989 Sabre at one stage. But really - it's good to back playing what I consider the best bass on the planet!

OK. I've now posted a few pics of my bass. Go to my public profile and check them out. Oh - and just for the record, I play it through a Mesa Fathom head (Now re-named the M6 Carbine) powering Mesa 1X15" and Mesa 2X10" Powerhouse cabs. Awesome!!
And thanks to all who've replied to my post. Feelin' like one of the family already........
