Bass Tuner

I have an Ernie Ball bass tuner. It's only 3 months old. It worked perfectly when I first got it. Now, it will turn on but won't register any tones. Am I doing something wrong? How do I correct this?

I'd check the battery/power first. If that doesn't fix anything, drop the Customer Service folks a line and ask them to help.

Check to make sure you have it plugged in right. Yes, it's happened to me.
