it's been a long month here ... but I'm out of rehab
and into my new assisted living apartment where it's almost time for Christmas dinner ... so bass wishes to BPand all Forumitez, and BIG thanx for all your encouragement and support while I wqas stuck in rehab ... due to moving, my basses are still in storage but due to the stroke, I still don't have a left arm to play with, but I'm still determined to play again and I'm nowapplying to a different hospital for outpatient therapy including vocational rehab so I can get back to work and earn the paycheck that will pay for a new 1x15 combo, possibly Markbass and a new Eden 1x12 cab to replace the one I just sold off ... also to pay for the horrendous cell phone bill I just got to cover after 8 months in a rehab hospital
So, I need to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and extremely good health in the new year - whatever you do, don't do like I did and wake up one Sunday on the floor - hit down with a CVA ... and BIG thanx to psychicpet recently for listening to my latest family crisishorror story and agreeing to contact the SLOland home office to assist me in a critical hour of need which seems to have passed by
this is a house computer here in the building and most of my belongings are still in storage but I'll do my best to keep current and keep my recovery going forward but meanwhile, It's important to me to wish you "all the bass" and an extremely Merry Christmas
