Guitar Center will usually do minor set up stuff if you buy the guitar. On my sons, I noticed the intonation very slightly off on the 12th fret on the low E string and on the B string but on all of the other strings, everything was spot on. Since the guitar I bought had to be ordered through their factory because they did not have a white one in stock, the salesman said after Christmas, I could bring it in and he would do a free set up on it and get the low E and B string adjusted properly. Really though my guitar came set up really good. The intonation on those 2 strings isn't off by much and all of the other ones are almost spot on even on the 12th fret.
