Battery life

How often do you guys & girls change your batteries in your musicman?

I have a feeling im not doing it often enough

i change my shure radio pack battery every 3 - 4 gigs.. Im unsure about the bass tho.

1979 'Ray....6 to 12 months....it remains permanently on....removal of the lead doesn't disconnect the battery.

Is it the same with a Ernie Bass Musicmans? Does it matter if I disconnect my SR5?

In the EB basses, disconnecting the cord from the output jack stops the drain on the battery. So the answer is yes, it does matter, and yes, you should disconnect the bass when you're not playing it!
