I've bought and sold a ton of music gear over the decades, and there are very few (*very* few) items I wish I hadn't gotten rid of. The one I really wish I still had is the SansAmp Bass Driver DI. It's a pedal that can emulate a tube amp amazingly well, and it gives great sounds ranging from an clean-yet-enhanced presence to full-on wild-ass distortion. It's very cool. This plus a power amp and speaker makes for a damned fine bass rig.
Since then, they've come out with an enhanced version...a programmable pedal with three channels, so you can dial up three different tones and just punch a button to switch between them. Identical except for the programmability:
I just scored one of these on the Bay. Thanks to the owner listing it in the wrong category and eSnipe, I was able to snag it for about $40-$50 below the going rate...and $25 less than I sold mine for a couple of years ago.
Woot!
