Looks great, I've been looking forward to this one for awhile. I dig both finishes too and I'm curious if one of the next few BFR runs will have an alternative.

I've been waiting for this one as well. As a lover of necks which are a little thicker (big guy with large hands like Rabea) I may actually have to buy a new one rather than waiting on the used market as I usually do. That's the only thing I didn't like about the stock Sabre - neck is too thin for me.

I don't get too excited about new guitar releases these days but this one will enter my house for sure.

Looks like a killer guitar! I love the inlays. And yes I am gonna sit here ALL morning and just try to get close to that tone! :ROFLMAO:
I'm not huge on the shape of the Sabre but this one just looks pretty good-- just some subtle differences.

I am always playing through the Neural DSP Rabea Archetype-- the most awesome tones from clean to dirty to even the most mindblowing synth sounds. It's a trip.

One thing too--I've been wanting to start a thread going down the rabbit hole of gain staging interface input levels for plugins properly-- after watching the John Nathan Cordy videos and Rhett Shull-- it's changed everything for me for the better. Pretty much everyone is doing it wrong.

Rabea's guitar is about mid-way through. GREAT tour through the booth. Given the "chunkiness" of the neck as described and the width (which I love) of it, Rabea's artist model is definitely on the shopping list. Now, to figure out which body parts have to go to pay for it :ROFLMAO:
