I have several EBMM guitars with these saddles. My right palm tends to get scratched by both the height screws and the saddle itself.I have installed shorter screws, but the main block still manages to get me..I have one axis sport that is perfect, the others I replaced with Graphtec,or other block type saddles.Have any of you forumites actually fixed these ratty saddles...I have always been impressed with the high quality of the hard wear used by EBMM,and they use these saddles on lots of models. Should I get a Dremel, and try to dress them.My hand likes hanging around the bridge..that aint gonna change.is it just ...me//?

Haven't had that particular problem with the bent saddles from EBMM, but have on other manufacturers. I usually just dress it with a file and some fine sandpaper to make sure it's smooth.

The problem I seem to have with the EBMM saddles is tarnishing compared to the rest of the plating on other parts. I notice the saddles tarnish even though I rarely touch them and always wipe them clean. The rest of the bridge never tarnishes. I recall BP saying that there are many different laws for how to chrome plate metal or something so maybe that is the issue. I also notice that the strap knobs get tarnished quickly too.

How weird. Mine tarnish less quickly than the saddles on any guitar I've ever owned! :D

It's probably the heat in the room that the guitars are kept in, but I'm not sure what else I can do. Seems to only occur with the guitars that are in the cases at my house. House gets pretty hot during the day!
