OC bought from Wild West and I think. I'd avoid Musicans Fiend, they are just GC. Talk to the sellers here like Keith said, I haven't heard anybody not recommend them.

Scott, a lot of places have NOS Axes. There are a ton of places, but I don't think that most take trade ins.
