Thanks, Eric. I almost didn't post it since I am embarrassed that I got screwed, but I'd rather warn you guys about it since we all use amplifiers and this guy pretends to make pedals for tons of different models.

I just got off the phone with the detective. James has moved to a different jurisdiction (Portland, Oregan) so they cannot go after him. I'll have to give the Portland police department a call.

That is really strange that this guy occasionally ships people a pedal, but at least 53 times he just kept the money and shipped nothing at all.

His last communication, before I even sent the money order, was that the pedal was done and ready to ship. ZERO communication since then.

Damn Bryan(or is it Byran?). Hope a little humor lightens things a bit. That sucks. Is there any way that you can use resources from your previous job to help? Or can we put our collective heads together to try to "re-scam" him?
