Question Big Al H vs Sterling: Tone too similar?

I'm looking to add a new EBMM to the stable, which includes a Big Al SSS and Sterling HH. My concern is the ceramic pup on the Big Al will sound too close to the bridge position of the Sterling. In looking around, I have not found a store close to me that has a Big Al H and Youtube hasn't really helped.

My Big Al SSS has a maple board, Sterling has an all rosewood neck. I would like my next purchase to have a rosewood board.

Anyone have a Big Al H and Sterling that can provide an opinion / guidance?

Unfortunately I have never had a Big Al H in hands but it has another preamp and other wood components. Thus I would not be too concerned that it might sound too similar to the Sterling H.
