Mike Quick has done it, again. I asked for a couple of different options for the Billy Bass. And, he sent back eleven. I admit there are worse problems to have.

While I have decided that I prefer the look of pickguard over no pickguard on the Billy Bass, I don't really need to add screw holes. So, while the mint pickguard with the fake chrome screws is the standard "classic" option, I've also got a black ice/fake black screw set up, too.

So, it's time for the obnoxious sparkly option. Since there are no screw holes on the bass, I had Mike mock these up without screwholes.

Now, it's a matter of choosing one. And, do you like the clean look, or should I add the fake screw heads to it? What say the hive mind?

They are all great but 5 is my fav. The clean look of no screws would be my choice. Good luck on picking just one.

#1 or #5 for me. I think this bass needs either a black based or white based pg, dependent on the look you're after.

Thus a plain black or a white pearloid may also look good IMHO.

On second look I like #11 too. I think the copper flakes complement the colour of the fingerboard nicely and help bring it together in a way that the others don't. For me personally...either silver or copper flakes work better than the gold with this bass.

5 and 10 (or 9) do it the most for me, but they all add a unique flavor - I'd keep them all in rotation.
As for screw heads, from the angle you've shot the photos most of them work well without IMO. That said, I'd probably go with heads, though not on no5.
