hi out there i am new to this forum , i been a proud owner of many mm basses and love them ,, what can you tell me about blue burst color , discontinued in mid 90's? how many were made ? i also heard they were made with different wood type? ... thnx

Hey man,

Welcome to the forum! However, Ernie ball probably won't realease production numbers. I could be wrong however. A few people from customer service post here quite often, perhaps they could help you out. Also, if you didn't know, there is a separate bass section. Your thread is currently in the guitars section. We guitarists don't know anything about basses...at least most of us. Try over there.

Interesting question. I also thought, that it´s only a Morse-Colour.

There was a hartail on eBay a while back. Love that colour!

Tommy's right, in that you can't get another guitar with that colour now. (I think.) But it was offered as an option at one point so you see a few MMs floating around in that colour other than the Morse.
