Just thought some of you guys might be interested, since a lot of people love this Blue Dawn, including me. However I am MORE than happy with my Vintage Sunburst Silo. http://cgi.ebay.com/ERNIE-BALL-MUSI...7351074185QQcategoryZ2384QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
Have no idea if that's gonna work, but anyway. I'd much prefer one of these with a rosewood board and H-S-H configuration, but this definatly looks and most likely plays better than any Fender Strat.

Darrell,
Is this the one that you won previously then the seller backed out on?

# G23685 This one has been under my bed since i bought it for the kid to use if they practiced hard but that did not happen.

Wow I wish my parents were that nice... Maybe after hitting the 8 year playing mark they'll give me that Bogner Ecstasy they've hidden in the garage. I would've thought they'd have given it to me after playing for 10,000 people at World Youth Day a few years ago but I guess they're expecting arenas and stuff. :D

NorM has good memory...

I won this guitar back in mid-June, and it took me about 4 days to get the scratch together for this fine piece of equipment. The day that I was ready to send the cash, he emailed me and advised me that he pulled it out to pack it up, and his daughter found out about his intentions, and started crying, etc. etc. etc. -- backed out. Darrell = PISSED. (Thank God I got the email BEFORE I went to the bank, post office, though...)

I'm glad that he emailed me if/when he decided to sell it... Not that it would matter, since my whole paycheck went to Motel 6, McDonald's, some gas companies, and Disneyland! :D

This cat claims to be law enforcement in NH, or whatever little dinky state he's in...wonder if he digs that whole legal and binding contract, no matter how many tears are shed. Hmmph...

Well, I have mine, and personally, as NorM has advised, I got the better of the two, so I'm not bitter. Bid away, but keep this in mind if you do...just FYI.

You should've told him something like... "Well if you can't sell me the guitar then I can take the whiny girl off your hands. I need a good maid." or something like that. :D

I could say SO much here, but I'll leave it open-ended here by saying that I can so my own cleaning...you fill in the blanks.

(Didn't I just pick on OC in another thread about preversion? LOL!) ;)

Yeah i prefer to do my own guitar-maintenance, too.

As far as the bunko auction you won... well some people just think the rules are for everyone else, huh? Oh well. Better luck next time i guess.
