Hello all--

Looking to get a Stingray 4.

Question: Are all SR 4s composed of swamp ash with the burst finishes?

Thanks,

Deacon

roballison--

How do you like your SR 4 in honeyburst/maple neck? That us the EXACT model I'm ready to pull the trigger on (via Musicansfiend).

Thanks,
Deacy

Welcome, Deacon! Honeyburst is my favorite EBMM finish. I'm sure you'll be pleased, too; photos don't do justice to that finish!

It is a stunnning bass. Traded a bongo for it and am still smiling. The finish shows up all the twists and turns and marks on the body. Its just such a warm looking bass.

Not yet used it in anger (gigging).
Position wise four and two for me get a lot of use...
