Bongo electronics do not a Bongo make... neodymium pickups + basswood body + Bongo electronics + un-copyable "Bongoness" makes a Bongo.

The SR vibe is a different thing and Bongo electronics would mess with that.

The result just might be cool, but it wouldn't be close to either one.

I'm not trying to make a Bongo though. I just want a Stingray with a broader voice.
