You know the deal. Desert Gold/Tort Single Humbucker. Bass also comes with hardshell MusicMan case.

Due to ever changing "needs", this time around Im looking to trade for a good condition StingRay, Sterling, or StingRay 5. No neck preference, matching headstocks are a plus.

e-mail me or PM me.

BOOOOOOOOOOO!

:D :D :D :D

I'm wondering what needs you are talking about. You said this was the best you've owned a few times. Just a few days ago you wanted to trade for a Bongo 5 HH or HS. I'm just a bit  and wonder if it's more about getting something "new" and the feeling that comes along with that. Do you have G.A.S. that bad?

I dont know what it is. The Bongo is great, and as much as I hate to say it, its just not me. The tone is great, the playability is great, but its not me. Ive owned many StingRay 4 and 5s and Sterlings, and thats just where I feel at home. Thats what would serve the music Im playing best. Is that okay with you Andrew??

Don't sweat it. As long as you aren't losing your shirt on the deal, there will always be another single H Bongo in Desert Gold around. :D

I've gotten rid of quite a few basses in the past looking for "the one." There is only one bass that I regret getting rid of, and I even made money on THAT deal.

If it "isn't you," then by all means trade that DG bad boy away! I'm sure there is someone here who will have something you want now that you've opened up the options you are looking for. Heck--I thought for a second about offering my HHP Bongo 5, but thought better of it. :D

Thanks for the kind words monkeee. You said it better than I could have. I really am still searching for the one. I hope I find it soon.

You must of taken my post wrong 'cause you should know I'm not trying to diss you. I was just wondering what the deal was, nothing more, nothing less. From one gear whore to another: Good Luck with your search.

I've never been able to sell one . I have never found " the one "either. Some do some things better than others.

Man how I wish it had one more pup. I love that color and I want a Bongo 5.

The Single H gets no love. :p The unsung hero in the Bongo line. Tell em Dargin and Jon. Even Big Poppa plays a Single H.

From what little I know of Travis

(from here & his website)

I see "the One" as a trans gold or natural Sterling/Rosewood with a Hipshot D-Tuner

I think it's a fit ;)
