Bongo 5 question

Hello everyone!
I'm new to the forum, but always a fan of mm. I recently ordered a bongo 5 back in january and was wondering about year made... i know this is gonna be a very easy question, but im just making sure since i see the years made in most members sigs!

Since I ordered a bongo in January 2010, does that make my bongo a 2010 bongo 5? Do they make it when i order it, or is there one already made and just being shipped to me? I've been told that i will be getting it in 3 to 4 months from january...

go easy on me, im new! and sorry for the punctuation... its 6am here and im feeling lazy...

If the one you ordered was in stock since 09 then it'll be an 09 model, but if they didn't have it in stock and they are making it as we speak, then it'll be a 2010.

EBMM doesn't build for stock. Your order falls into one of two places:
1) You ordered from your dealer - THEY have it in stock - you get what THEY had.
2) You ordered from your dealer - They don't have it in stock - the call in an order to EBMM - EBMM and Ursula work their magic and build your bass

- Everything EBMM builds is accounted for though so no "stock"

i see.... well, since it takes 3-4 months for my bass to come, i think it means they are making it? =]?? haha!!

i dont think it would matter for me though... this bass is what i always wanted!
i just dont like the waiting game!! =] thanks for the answers guys!
