Bongo action, gig Pics

So for once I have pics from a gig, or actually two
First at about 8 pm saturday I played with my two buddies, forming Rockheart, a band that broke up 15 years ago but get together every 3 or 4 years to do a gig. I played Jade, with totally bypassed electronics (I'll tell you all about that when it's sorted) and since it's not really difficlut music I for once slung the bass real low, going full base ball bat style

Three hours later I was on stage again, this time with Dr Funkestein, and then it was Desert Gold time I had to use different basses, as the two bands tune differently and the DG Bongo neck does not like being detuned.

There are some very cool rock and roll cufflinks available on ebay. I love to wear my "The Who" links when I venture out with one of my seventies vintage frilly tux shirts.

That green looks really nice. I want a fretless EBMM Bongo HH, as most of you probably already know by now, but have not decided on color yet, nor have the money currently (time to start saving). Envy Green is now on the list.

No not at all, and messing around like that isn't too good with cufflinks I took them off after the first song, getting the right one stuck between two strings in the middle of the song

I'd say forget envy green, unless you just happen upon one. I think it was the least popular le color yet, and therefore hard to find. Or i'd think so anyway...

Me too, and some day I hope to have the cash to hunt down a DD for myself. Kermit's the wildest, though, and I think I'm lucky again tot playing 4-bangers or I'd be all over your inbox trying to help you get rid of it
